Deconstructing the stigmas attached to HIV AIDS requires creativity and focus… it ain’t going to die by itself! Sport, and in particular soccer,  continues to play a huge role in developing communities as a teaching tool. On a recent tour to South Africa Ryan Giggs and Chris Eagles spent an afternoon with a group in Gugulethu undoing the lies and stigma and encouraging people to get tested and to live positively with HIV Aids.
