Slingshot Media is an integrated partnership of love, passion and purpose.

When Rob and Karin Schermbrucker, chose to marry on Freedom Day (27th April) 2007, it was the coming together…

of multiple gifts and talents- both video and stills,

but of a single heart- to see Africa free;

of a single passion- to tell visual stories that open eyes and change perspective;

of a single purpose- to see God’s name glorified.

In just a few months it was clear that their “dream”… to see Africa and tell her stories… was not ‘mere vanity’… but as ‘dreamers of the day’… they continued to take steps… dangerously hurling stones at societies giants… and turning these dreams into reality!

Collaborating with many, they continue to work towards and celebrate the freedom that is every persons right and deep desire… to awaken hope, to encourage greater risk and to promote love.. a love and faith that confounds this world.

When they are not in some far away village, you’ll find them having tea… planning the next adventure!
